The Level 4 material was designed to teach the basic knowledge and skills for establishing, maintaining and managing a farming venture and to become self-sufficient by generating an income from a small farm. The Level 4 material was designed very practically and incorporates carefully planned activities. The material consists of a Facilitators Guide and three Learners Workbooks. The material complies with all the National requirements. Level 4 covers 20 credits and can form part of the GETC qualification.
