MINDSET CHANGE FOR EFFECTIVE DIGITAL EDUCATION
Digital education often fails because teachers and learners do not have the ideal mindset for making the changes needed. This course offers a holistic approach to implementing digital education. The school principal and all teachers are involved in Level One(one day) which focusses on personal mindset change. Levels Two and Three (two days) develop the skills of a Change Facilitation Team who will be selected from participants at the end of Level 1. This team works through managing change in individuals and developing and implementing a successful project plan for the implementation of digital education in their school.

SESSION 1: THE ROLE OF THE CHANGE FACILITATION TEAM (5PD)
SESSION 2: WORKING WITH ETHE STAKEHOLDERS – DEALING WITH THE CHANGE (5PD)
SESSION 3: WORKING WITH THE STAKEHOLDERS – SKILLS ASSESSMENT AND PLANNING (5PD)
LEVEL 3 – MAKING CHANGE HAPPEN
SESSION 1: DEVELOPING THE IMPLEMENTATION PLAN (5PD)
SESSION 2: IMPLEMENTING THE IMPLEMENTATION PLAN (5PD)
SESSION 3: MAKING CHANGE STICK (5PD)
This course is offered at a school for the staff at that school. All members of staff attend the session in Level 1. Only the staff who are identified as the Change Facilitation Team go on to complete Level 2 and 3.
